75 Mr. Connaughton asked the Minister for Public Enterprise the level of redundancy which will be available to the proprietors of small post offices which cease operations; if she will give an undertaking these people will be compensated; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [30097/01]

The management of the post office network is the responsibility of An Post. Industrial relations matters arising from the operation of the network are a matter for An Post and the Irish Postmasters' Union.
