76 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for Public Enterprise if she has received an application for a gas pipeline to Dungarvan, County Waterford; if not, if she expects to receive such an application; and the discussions which have taken place in this regard. [30184/01]

I have not received an application to construct a natural gas pipeline to Dungarvan, County Waterford. It is not possible to anticipate if such an application will be submitted, nor have there been any discussions with my Department in this regard.
