193 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the extent to which agreement has been reached in regard to the provision of a library at Confey, Leixlip, County Kildare; when work is likely to commence on the project; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I refer to the reply to Question No. 148 of 6 December 2001. My Department understands from the local authority that work on the project is expected to commence early in the new year.
