Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application, which relates to a Land Commission vesting order, was lodged on 18 August 1998. I am further informed that the schedule contains a partition of commonage affecting 14 folios and the creation of new commonage. The Land Registry will treat the matter as urgent but it should be noted that as the case is highly detailed, it is possible that queries may arise which would fall to be dealt with by the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Development's, lands services division.
