Written Answers. - Educational Projects.

Róisín Shortall

Question:

326 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Education and Science if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 176 of 6 December 2001, he will outline his views on whether it would be inappropriate to locate this school on the grounds of a centre for young offenders; his further views on whether such a location would give an inaccurate image of the school; his further views on whether this would have negative implications for the pupils; and if he will take steps to find an alternative location for this school. [32287/01]

My Department is examining the options for the relocation of the St Paul's youth encounter project. When this examination has been completed my Department will be in contact with the trustees of the school.
