82 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs the number of hits received by his Department's website for the year 2001; the number of staff assigned to maintain the website; the cost of maintaining the website for 2001; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [32467/01]
There are no composite figures available to date in 2001. However, for the months of September and October 2001, the number of hits on the website of the Department of Foreign Affairs totalled 3,080,784. One member of staff has responsibility for the maintenance of the website. The cost of maintaining the website thus far in 2001 currently stands at £9,234.
