Question:533 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will examine the case of a person (details supplied) in County Dublin. [1539/02]

My Department has been in contact with the central appeals office of the Eastern Regional Health Authority in connection with this particular case and has been assured that the case was thoroughly investigated. I understand that the person in question was not satisfied with the outcome but that she was advised by the authority of her right of access to the Ombudsman.
