Question:882 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive a 2001 ewe cull payment. [1992/02]

According to information provided to my Department, the person referred to did not make an application for ewe premium for 2001. Therefore, he did not qualify for compensation by my Department for losses arising from destocking.
