906 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands the progress made in relation to the sale of land to a person (details supplied) in County Sligo; when the necessary documentation will be released; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [2687/02]
My Department will proceed with the sale of the land in question to the person named as soon as registration is complete, in compliance with the Registration of Title Act, 1964. Unfortunately, there are difficulties in finalising the registration of this and certain other properties which transferred from other Government Departments over a number of years.
