Question:952 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason for the delay in expediting an application for first registration by a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny. [1705/02]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that an application for first registration was lodged on 29 September 1999. I understand that the application has been the subject of ongoing correspondence with the lodging solicitors and that a reply to queries which issued on 15 November 2001 is awaited. Once a satisfactory reply to the queries raised has been received the application will receive further attention.
