1126 Mr. Haughey asked the Minister for Education and Science when the next stages of refurbishment of science laboratories in a school (details supplied) in Dublin 9 will commence following approval to proceed to tender; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1275/02]

The building unit of my Department has recently contacted the principal of the school to which the Deputy refers and requested that he instruct his design team to invite tenders for the works. My Department will be in a position to progress this project once the tender report comes to hand.
