Written Answers. - Prisoner Transfers.
I can inform the Deputy that an application is expected to be made to the High Court in the near future for a warrant authorising the transfer of the person referred to by the Deputy and his continued detention in this jurisdiction. If the High Court issues the warrant, preparations for the transfer will be made and the actual transfer will occur shortly thereafter.
