106 Mr. S. Ryan asked the Minister for Health and Children the steps being taken to address the serious shortage of radiographers, particularly in the Eastern Regional Health Authority area, which has led to referrals to St. Vincent's University Hospital by general practitioners being suspended; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Services for eligible patients at St. Vincent's Hospital are provided under an arrangement with the ERHA. I have asked the regional chief executive of the authority to investigate the matter raised and respond directly to the Deputy.
