234 Mr. McDowell asked the Minister for Finance the arrangements which are in place regarding the pension entitlements of an individual who transfers from being a temporary unestablished civil servant to being a permanent established civil servant; if their time spent as a temporary unestablished civil servant is included in the computation of their pension entitlements on becoming permanent and established; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10144/02]
