437 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Garda Commissioner has signed off on the proposed taxi designated areas for Castlebar Town Council; and if these have been sent to the Minister for the Environment and Local Government; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Garda authorities that the proposed taxi designated areas for Castlebar Town Council have been signed off by the Commissioner and were forwarded to the Minister for the Environment and Local Government on 22 March 2002.
