I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for copy folio-file plan, transfer of part and release (2), was lodged on 8 January 1998. Queries issued to the lodging solicitor on the 27 March and on receipt of a satisfactory response the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible.
