181 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands the steps which will be taken to improve working conditions and salary for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; if this person's changed working conditions since appointment in November 1992 warrant this person's appointment as a full-time operative with increased salary; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The duties of the person referred to by the Deputy are under review given that the site is now open all year but the indication at present is that the duties do not warrant the appointment of a full-time member of staff.
