Vol. 551 No. 4

Written Answers. - Visa Applications.

John McGuinness

Question:

195 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a multiple entry visa will be issued without delay to persons (details supplied); if the correspondence relating to this case from a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny will be considered; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10748/02]

I am pleased to inform the Deputy that the applications in question were approved on 26 March 2002. As the applicants had applied for and paid for single journey entry visas, multiple entry visas have not issued. However, the applicants are entitled to apply for multiple entry visas at a future date.
