Question:218 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Finance when the schedule of assets from the estate of a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will be certified in the Revenue Commissioners. [13198/02]

I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that, following a reply to an outstanding query, the relevant certificate to the High Court was issued to the taxpayer's agent on 11 June 2002.
