377 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will approve the application by the principal of a school (details supplied) in County Kilkenny for a new heating system as quickly as possible to allow the work proceed during the summer months; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The post-primary building unit of my Department is currently reviewing the application for a new heating system made by the principal of the school to which the Deputy refers.

On completion of this review process, the scope of the project and the likely time frame for the delivery of the works will become more clearly defined.
