Question:334 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Transport his plans to implement EU Directives 2001/12, 2001/13 and 2001/14; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14634/02]
Written Answers. - EU Directives.
The three directives must be implemented in all member states of the European Union by 15 March 2003. My officials are currently examining the provisions of the directives with a view to drafting statutory instruments to give legal effect to the directives in Ireland by the required deadline.
