Question:512 Mr. F. McGrath asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will assist both St. Mary's School and St. Joseph's, Fairview, Dublin 3, in getting learning support teachers in order to help 80 pupils. [15371/02]

The schools referred to by the Deputy currently share the services of a full-time learning support teacher. I can assure the Deputy that the needs of these schools will be taken fully into account in the event of additional learning support teacher posts becoming available for allocation.
