147 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the details of the appropriation-in-aid raised by his Department in 2000 and 2001; his estimate for the outturn for 2002; and the percentage yearly increase in each subhead. [18717/02]

The appropriations-in-aid received by my Department in 2000 and 2001 and the projected receipts in 2002 are as follows:

148 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the revenue from charges related to public services which his Department approves to be raised by agencies under his aegis, which are not included in appropriations in aid for 2000, 2001 and 2002. [18731/02]

The revenues from charges related to public services, for which my Department is responsible and which are not appropriations-in-aid, for the period referred to, are as follows:
