Written Answers. - Departmental Expenditure.

Róisín Shortall

Question:

190 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs the total estimated cost of changes, including the dis-use of old stationery, the purchase of new letterheads, stationery, and changes to websites and so on and all other costs incurred as a result of the creation or change in his departmental name and responsibilities; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18794/02]

To date the following costs have been incurred by my Department as a result of the change in departmental responsibilities and name:

Accommodation (nameplates)

€951.75

Costs in relation to the recycling of old letterhead for use as writing pads etc.

€490.05

New website and stationery design

€6,915.15

Some further additional costs may arise over the coming months, but I do not expect these to be significant.
