262 Mr. N. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will make available the Garda report on an incident (details supplied); and if his attention has been drawn to the annoyance of the family and friends of the deceased person. [21909/02]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that this matter is currently under investigation and the Garda report is not yet available. I am sure the Deputy will appreciate that it would be inappropriate for me to comment any further on an ongoing Garda investigation.
