Question:

233 Mr. Healy-Rae asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the steps he intends to take to stop the damage to the headland of Clogher Head from the thousands of people who walk this land; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21977/02]

The land in question is not owned or managed by my Department nor has it been designated for nature conservation purposes. Accordingly, my Department has no function in this matter.
