30 Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Health and Children if he has received a report on the meeting of the North Eastern Health Board on 29 October 2002; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22934/02]

I have not received a report on the meeting referred to by the Deputy. The North Eastern Health Board has advised my Department that the minutes of that meeting will be put before the next meeting of the board on 25 November 2002 for approval.
