The person named has slaughtered seven animals under the 2002 slaughter premium scheme. Payment of slaughter premium in respect of the seven animals and national envelope top up in respect of one animal will be made, as soon as possible, upon completion of all appropriate checks.

Question:90 Mr. Crawford asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Monaghan will receive a suckler cow payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23072/02]
The person named applied on 26 animals under the 2002 suckler cow premium scheme on 27 June 2002. An inspection of her herd was carried out on 1 October 2002 and her application is now being processed for 80% advance payment. Payment will issue to the person named within the next seven days.
