272 Mr. Connaughton asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources when a decision will be made on an application for subsidised electricity by a person (details supplied) in County Galway; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24321/02]

I assume the question refers to the farm electrification grant scheme. My Department has no record of an application under the scheme from the person concerned.
