123 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason a person (details supplied) has been moved from Lismore, Sion Road, St. Canice's Hospital, Kilkenny, to another unit at Millennium Court, Kilkenny; if the concerns expressed by this person's family regarding transfer to this location will be considered in the light of numerous incidents concerning the person and their health and safety; if, having given consideration to a submission made by the family, he will request the decision to be reversed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Responsibility for the provision of services referred to by the Deputy rests with the South Eastern Health Board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply to him directly.
