125 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason for the delay in a person (details supplied) in County Roscommon being called for a TOE test in the Mater Hospital; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26249/02]

The provision of medical services in the case of the person named from County Roscommon is the responsibility of the WHB. My Department has asked its chief executive officer to investigate the position in relation to this case and to reply to the Deputy directly.
