252 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs the State properties, both lands and buildings, in the ownership of his Department; the present use of same in each case; and if it is available for disposal. [26917/02]

There are no State properties in the ownership of my Department. All accommodation occupied by my officials is under the control of the Office of Public Works.
