Question:

90 Mr. Crowe asked the Taoiseach the number of meetings held by the Cabinet Committee on Social Inclusion since it was set up; and the membership of the committee [26861/02]

The Cabinet Committee on Social Inclusion was formally re-established by Government in June 2002. It normally meets on a monthly basis and has met on five occasions to date. The membership of the Cabinet committee is as follows:

Taoiseach (Chair);

Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment;

Minister for Education and Science;

Minister for the Environment and Local Government;

Minister for Finance;

Minister for Health and Children;

Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform;

Minister for Social and Family Affairs;

Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs.

Minister of State with responsibility for Housing and Urban Renewal;

Minister of State with responsibility for Drugs Strategy and Community Affairs;

Minister of State with responsibility for Equality Issues including Disability Issues;

Minister of State with responsibility for Children; and the

Minister of State for Labour Affairs.
