100 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the discussions which have taken place with the Tanaiste's Department in relation to the Groceries Order; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26873/02]

As stated in my reply to a similar question raised by the Deputy on 3 December last, I understand that there are no plans to review the Groceries Order and accordingly there have been no discussions between my Department and the Tanáiste's Department on the matter.
