I understand the Deputy's question refers to the matter of the enforcement provisions set out in the Communications Regulation Act 2002. This matter is being reviewed in the context of the transposition of the EU electronic communications regulation package. My Department is having ongoing discussions with the Attorney Generals office in this regard.
