The Commissioners of Public Works are currently carrying out an audit of the State property portfolio with a view to identifying properties/sites which are either suitable for redevelopment or surplus to State requirements. In light of the findings of this audit, decisions as to the disposal or redevelopment of particular properties/sites will be made. The property, Infirmary Road, referred to by the Deputy will be assessed as part of the audit process.
