237 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Finance if an adjudication warrant will be made to allow the transfer deed of partition between the two owners (details supplied) in County Limerick of property in equal shares as tenants in common. [2669/03]
I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the deed in this case was received in the Cork stamp duty office on 15 October 2002. The deed was adjudicated exempt from stamp duty. It was stamped exempt and returned to the solicitor acting on behalf of the parties on 17 October 2002. The solicitor has confirmed to Revenue that he received the deed in October 2002 and that all is in order.
