279 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Education and Science further to Parliamentary Question No. 68 of 24 October 2002, if the issue has been examined as promised; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2706/03]

The question of school transport for the pupils in question has not been finalised. I have instructed the school transport section of my Department to expedite the matter and inform the Deputy of the outcome as soon as possible.
