Vol. 560 No. 3

Written Answers. - Asylum Applications.

Finian McGrath

Question:

367 Mr. F. McGrath asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a person (details supplied) will be provided with advice, support and assistance regarding their efforts to stay here. [2338/03]

The permission granted in respect of the person concerned is valid up to 8 May 2003. Prior to the expiry of her current permission it is open to her to apply for an extension of permission to remain. The person concerned may apply in writing to the immigration division of my Department which is now located at 13-14 Burgh Quay, Dublin 2, clearly setting out the grounds on which such permission is being sought.
