I proposed no changes to the governing conditions for the cadetship competition 2003. The cadetship competition 2003 is being run under the same governing conditions, which applied to the cadetship competition 2002. The cadetship competition 2003 has been advertised since 22 January 2003 and the closing date for the receipt of applications is 13 February 2003.
