103 Ms B. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Health and Children if funding has been provided for a service (details supplied) for 2003; if not, when funding will be provided; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3135/03]
I assume the Deputy is referring to counselling services relating to the child care area. The provision of such services is the responsibility of the Southern Health Board. It is a matter for the health board to prioritise the allocation of funding to various projects having regard to the identified service needs and the financial resources available to the board in any given year.
