Question:

325 Mr. Grealish asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources the name of the person who holds the title for fishing and shooting rights on the River Clare in the townland of Claregalway, County Galway; if his Department has been in contact with the present owners of Claregalway Castle with a view to purchasing the fishing rights from them; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has not been in contact with any person or body regarding the purchase of the rights referred to by the Deputy and consequently has no information on the title ownership.
