Question:409 Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the steps it is proposed to take in his Department to implement the recommendations of the 1999 Victims Commission report, in particular the establishment of a trust fund for victims of the conflict here.
