Question:

188 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a person (details supplied) in County Wicklow is due payments for depopulation over the past few years; if plans are being made to re-assess this person's payments; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4995/03]

The person concerned has been paid full compensation entitlements under the on-farm market valuation scheme in respect of reactors removed in 2002 following an arbitration panel hearing of his case on 1 October 2002.
