Vol. 562 No. 4

Written Answers - General Medical Services Scheme.

Pat Carey

Question:

347 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for Health and Children the progress the GMS has made in identifying an alternative premises to that occupied by it in Finglas village, Dublin 11; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6453/03]

The provision of accommodation for the General Medical Services (Payments) Board is a matter for the board itself. However, I understand the board has established a small steering group, comprising senior officers, its property evaluator and technical services personnel from health boards, together with staff representatives, to advise it on the way forward.
