221 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will approve the change in lands under the farm retirement scheme further to a request (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6919/03]
The person named, a transferee under the scheme of early retirement from farming, has approached my Department for permission to vary the use of an area of land which is currently classified as pension land for the purpose of his father's participation in the scheme. The matter is under examination and my Department will revert to him as soon as possible.
