Question:58 Mr. Hayes asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when payment of ten month and 22 month premia will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [8567/03]
Written Answers - Grant Payments.
The person named submitted three applications in respect of 62 animals under the 2002 special beef premium scheme.
The advance payment for 12 animals in respect of the applications received in January and April 2002 has already issued to the person named. Advance payment will issue shortly for the December 2002 application in respect of 50 animals.
The person received slaughter premium and national envelope top-up on a total of 53 and 16 animals, respectively, under the 2002 slaughter premium scheme. The slaughter premium advance payment totalling €3,392 and the national envelope top-up advance payment of €292.48 issued in respect of all eligible animals.
Balancing payments for all bovine schemes are due to commence in April.
