124 Mr. Boyle asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the number of planning decisions which were appealed to An Bord Pleanála by Dúchas between January and May 2002; the number which were appealed by Dúchas between June 2002 and December 2002; and the details in each case. Of the total of more than 8,000 development applications assessed by my Department during 2002, a total of 33 cases were appealed to an Bord Pleanála – 19 cases in the period from January to May and a further 14 in the period from June to December. I am arranging for details to be sent to the Deputy.
