Question:119 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive the shortfall in his area based payments for 2002 to the revised total area of 41.38 hectares; and the reason this person has not received the shortfall, particularly when it was promised to him in a reply to a previous question.
