179 Mr. P. Breen asked the Minister for Education and Science the amount of the information technology grant paid to each primary school in Clare each year for the past five years; and if he can provide this information in tabular form. [9704/03]
Information technology grants were issued in two phases under two separate initiatives. Payments were made in May 1998 and December 1999 under the schools IT 2000 initiative. Further grants issued in December 2001 and May 2002 under the blueprint for the future of ICT in education. Details of relevant payments to primary schools in Clare are enclosed.
